How refunds work

  • Because we are not the seller of record, refunds are issued by the retailer (the checkout provider or the Septifix support team).

To request a refund

  2. Use the “Manage Order / Request Refund” link in that email, or contact the vendor’s support shown at checkout.
  3. If you can’t find your receipt, contact the product support team or reach us and we’ll point you to the correct support channel.
